I have been so bad not doing any stamping lately. Once you get out of the routine, it is SO hard to get back in it - especially when there are so many other things to keep me busy! It seems I'm only getting some stamping done when I need a card. I have just about depleted my stash of cards which is so hard to believe with all that I had. So, guess I will have to get busy again. I do have lots of new things I purchased at our LSS that I want to try out. I hope to do that today! But first...this is a card that I made about a week ago for my sister-in-law for her birthday. She loves bright colors and this will be perfect for her. The stamp is by Great Impressions. It's colored with Copics and then a little glitzy highlighting on the flowers with my jelly roll pen. The papers are by KaiserCraft - Tea at Elsie's Collection. I've used these papers so much and just love them. There are a few tiny rows of peachy pearls in the lower right corner.
Hope you have a wonderful week! Maybe I'll get something done today to post again this week!

Thank you
Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! I sure enjoyed our 2 nights of fabulous firework displays.
I recently found out that my wedding card that I posted on July 2 was selected as a FAVORITE card of the week on SCS. I was amazed. It was a card that I really just printed and put together. But, I must say...it was a really pretty card. I'm sure the recepient will be pleased too since she is a card maker as well. She designed her own wedding invitations and they were pretty impressive.
So...on to my card...this is a Inkadinkado Cling stamp that I recently purchased. You can not tell from the picture but there are 2 flowers that are popped up as well as the hummingbird. All the flowers have sparkle from my Gelly Roll pen. The sentiment is a SU stamp and punch. The DP is from a pad by Nikki Sivils called Blueberry Hill.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Happy Birthday
I had several requests for a link to the website for printing the wedding card I made in the last posting. Here it is. It is really an awesome site.
So, here is another Inky Antics card! Yes, I'm loving their stamps and I've heard there are lots of new ones coming out very soon so I'm real excited about that. I have one more set that hasn't seen ink yet so you will see that someday soon too. Anyways...this is made with all of their stamps and the Honey Pop paper. My papers are all from my HUGE scrap box! It's nice to use those once in awhile too!
Hope you have a fun day!

Wedding Card
Hope you are having a wonderful 4th of July weekend! I am really excited about our 4th. It's the first time in many many many years that my hubby has been home for the 4th. We will go to my daughter's house for the festivities there on the 3rd. Then we will come back here to go to the Air Force Academy's celebration --- and it's a BIGGY. They will have the Colorado Springs Symphony doing a concert for 1 1/2 hours and then the Air Force Academy Band doing another concert for 1 1/2 hours. Then fireworks will follow. What a wonderful way to celebrate! I'm so excited! I can't remember the last time I went to fireworks or even had a 4th of July picnic! It was always too hot in Phoenix to step outside.
SO...I needed a wedding card. I found this awesome site where you download the graphics and then just put the cards together. How easy is that! And the cards are really nice. So, I made this wedding card. It is also in the colors of the wedding so that makes it extra special. There is lots of layering so you need lots of foam tape pads. I added pink ribbon to the lights. The envelope was also printed on the computer and embellished. The name of the company is Aimee Asher Crafting.
Happy 4th!!!
